Our Story
Founded in Remscheid, Germany in 2004, VaillantHeat was built on a simple observation: facility managers and HVAC engineers deserved better guidance when selecting heating equipment. The boiler market was full of technical specifications but short on practical, application-specific advice.
Over two decades, we have grown from a regional boiler distributor into a mid-sized manufacturer with 520 employees, 3 production facilities, and an application engineering team of 65 specialists. Today, we serve customers in 48 countries with gas, oil, and condensing boilers alongside industrial burners and heat pump systems.
What sets us apart is not just our products, but how we sell them. Every enquiry begins with a conversation about your building, your process, and your budget constraints. Our engineers then recommend the most cost-effective configuration, not the most expensive one.
We are transparent about where our products fit and where they do not. Our standard boiler range covers 24 kW to 20,000 kg/h steam output at pressures up to 25 bar. Applications requiring superheated steam above 300 degrees Celsius or pressures beyond 40 bar fall outside our current product portfolio, and in those cases we will refer you to a specialist manufacturer rather than force-fit an unsuitable solution.
