Heating systems engineered for the specific requirements of each sector, from food safety compliance to clean steam generation.
Food manufacturing demands reliable steam for cooking, sterilization, and CIP cleaning cycles. Our boiler systems deliver consistent steam quality at the pressures and temperatures your production line requires, with rapid load response for batch processes.
Pharmaceutical production requires clean steam free of chemical impurities and validated to meet GMP standards. Our pure steam generators and heating systems integrate seamlessly with your validation documentation and quality management workflows.
Hotels, offices, hospitals, and educational facilities need heating systems that adapt to variable occupancy patterns. Cascade boiler configurations with weather-compensated controls deliver comfort while minimizing energy spend.
Chemical, textile, paper, and plastics manufacturing rely on high-capacity steam and thermal fluid heating. Our fire-tube and water-tube boilers handle the demanding pressure and temperature profiles these processes require.
Centralized heating plants feeding hot water networks for residential estates, mixed-use developments, and municipal projects. Our modular plant designs allow phased capacity expansion as communities grow.
Cold storage and distribution facilities need efficient space heating for loading docks, office areas, and defrost systems. Our compact boiler units deliver reliable warmth alongside your refrigeration infrastructure.
Transparent guidance on where our heating systems perform well and where alternative solutions may be more appropriate.
Our fire-tube steam boilers operate at design pressures up to 25 bar and saturated steam temperatures up to 224 degrees Celsius. Applications requiring superheated steam above 300 degrees Celsius or pressures exceeding 40 bar fall outside our standard product range and require specialist water-tube or once-through boiler designs from high-pressure manufacturers.
Gas condensing boilers require a stable natural gas supply at minimum 20 mbar inlet pressure. In regions with unreliable gas infrastructure, dual-fuel burners (gas/oil) provide continuity but add 15-25% to equipment cost. Biomass and hydrogen-ready boilers are available only in limited capacity ranges (200-1,000 kW) and carry longer lead times of 16-20 weeks.
Air-source heat pump efficiency (COP) drops from 4.5 at +7 degrees Celsius ambient to approximately 2.0 at -15 degrees Celsius. In continental climates with extended sub-zero winters, bivalent systems pairing a heat pump with a gas boiler backup are recommended. Ground-source heat pumps maintain stable COP year-round but require borehole drilling that adds 30-50% to installation costs.
Condensing boiler heat exchangers require feed water hardness below 150 mg/L CaCO3 to prevent limescale fouling. Installations in hard-water regions must include water softening treatment, adding ongoing chemical and maintenance costs of approximately 800-1,500 EUR per year for a typical 500 kW plant.
Industrial steam boilers above 2,000 kg/h require dedicated plant rooms with minimum 2.5 m clear height, forklift access for tube replacement, and compliance with local pressure vessel inspection access codes. Compact wall-hung boilers suit confined spaces but are limited to 150 kW per unit.
Standard condensing boilers (24-150 kW) ship within 2-4 weeks from European stock. Custom-engineered steam boilers above 5,000 kg/h have lead times of 14-22 weeks depending on pressure class and material specifications. Emergency replacement stock is maintained at 20 service centres for the most common commercial models only.
