VaillantHeat provides industrial and commercial boiler systems, burner equipment, heating installation services, maintenance contracts, and related technical consulting. Product specifications and availability are subject to change without prior notice. All orders are subject to written confirmation from VaillantHeat.
All quotations provided through our website, email, or sales representatives are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted ex-works and do not include delivery, installation, or applicable taxes unless explicitly specified. VaillantHeat reserves the right to adjust pricing for orders not confirmed within the quotation validity period.
VaillantHeat products carry a standard manufacturer warranty of 24 months from the date of commissioning or 30 months from the date of delivery, whichever occurs first. Warranty coverage applies only to products installed and maintained in accordance with VaillantHeat technical documentation. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence of the defect.
VaillantHeat shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product or service. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
